• Training as a Health Specialist and professional experience, preferably in long-term care
• You are committed and motivated in the nursing profession and like to share your knowledge with colleagues and trainees
• You are independent, competent and active thinking is important to you
• Empathetic support of residents is as natural to you as effective work organization and appreciative teamwork
• Ideally, you already have knowledge of RAI/RUG and CareCoach
• Good oral and written German skills
