Your task

• Technical, personnel and organisational management of construction sites
• Independent supervision and handling of construction projects from planning to completion
• Planning, organisation and coordination of construction site processes
• Responsibility for the economical and timely deployment of personnel, inventory, materials and external services
• Coordination and collaboration with clients, architects and other project participants
• Monitoring quality, deadlines and costs
• Execution and coordination of surveying work
• Cost planning, cost control and ongoing project monitoring
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and quality standards

Your profile

• Completed further education as a certified technician HF construction management or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience as a construction manager, ideally in building construction
• Good knowledge of MS Office and handling of digital work tools
• Entrepreneurial thinking and good cost awareness
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Independent, reliable and structured working style
• Responsible, team-oriented and down-to-earth personality
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various project participants
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
