What this position offers you

• You independently design, develop, and maintain control-relevant reports, dashboards, and analyses in Power BI and other reporting tools to make key figures understandable, transparent, and decision-relevant
• You analyse requirements and decision needs in Business Controlling together with the Data Analyst, thereby creating the basis for effective control instruments
• You gather requirements from our stakeholders, structure them, and translate them into clear professional concepts, data requirements, and actionable solutions
• You coordinate and integrate reporting and controlling requirements from the specialist departments and ensure a consistent overall picture
• You ensure a uniform professional understanding of KPIs, data logics, and control mechanisms and make decision bases comprehensible
• You accompany the introduction and further development of CO tools as a professional power user and central interface to digital teams
• You document processes, requirements, decision logics, and KPI definitions together with the Data Analyst – structured, understandable, and with high quality standards
• You identify improvement potentials in reporting, analysis, and controlling processes and proactively drive their implementation together with the relevant stakeholders

What you bring to the position

• You have completed further training or a degree in business administration, controlling, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Power BI is part of your craft: you have solid knowledge in creating reports, dashboards, and analyses up to the application of DAX
• You bring several years of professional experience in controlling, reporting, business intelligence, or a comparable analytical function
• You recognise connections, derive well-founded insights from data, and clearly communicate even complex topics for different target groups. In doing so, you act as a valued sparring partner and communicate confidently on equal terms with various stakeholders.
• You are enthusiastic about digital systems, modern tools, and our internal AI. You recognise their potential and bring new impulses for the further development of controlling
• Very good German and English skills – both written and spoken – are standard for you
