• Development of sales strategies for specific customers and markets
• Proactive identification of opportunities with customers, the installed base, product management, and other stakeholders
• Representation of Stadler Rail Service at relevant events and trade fairs

• Successful management of repairs, overhauls, and modernization sales opportunities
• Development of successful offer concepts and strategies in collaboration with the bid management team
• Responsibility for the creation of modernization offers
• Responsibility for competitive offers and price calculations for modernizations and overhauls

• University degree in transport systems engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, economics, or similar fields
• Experience in the railway industry, ideally in sales and/or service
• Good skills in stakeholder management and problem solving
• Independent and structured way of working
• Team player with a positive sales mentality, drive, and willingness to learn
• Fluent English and German skills, additional European languages are an advantage
• Residence in Switzerland and willingness to travel (approx. 40%)
