Job Description
Your tasks:
• Independent management of all import and export declarations
• Assistance and advice to our customers to ensure the highest quality of service and expand business relationships
• Correspondence with customs offices and coordination with business partners and our branches worldwide to ensure smooth processes
• Design and implementation of tailored processes (SOP) to achieve agreed KPIs and optimize process quality
Qualifications
Your profile:
• Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the shipping or customs clearance sector
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the customs sector, federal certificate as customs declarant or foreign trade specialist is an advantage
• Structured and quality-conscious working method
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a team
• Excellent written and spoken English (minimum level B2). Knowledge of German is an advantage
