For our headquarters in St. Gallen, we are looking for reinforcement in internal sales. You support our project managers, keep an overview and ensure that complex transport projects become perfectly organised operations.
What to expect- You support our project managers in planning and organising exciting heavy goods projects
- You prepare quotations, order confirmations and other project documents
- You assist project management in creating and updating CAD drawings and technical documents
- You coordinate appointments and act as the hub between customers, project management and dispatch
- You administratively accompany orders from enquiry to invoicing
- You maintain project and customer data and ensure everything is in the right place
- You are the contact person for our customers and support the team in daily business
- A commercial education or a technical basic education with commercial further training
- Experience in creating CAD drawings as well as confident use of common CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD) or willingness to acquire these skills
- Enjoy organising and coordinating
- An independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Customer-oriented thinking and a hands-on mentality
- Good IT skills and enthusiasm for digital tools
- Experience in transport, logistics or construction-related trades is a plus – but not a must
- French and/or English are advantageous
