What you can achieve
- Planning and organization (including preparation and follow-up) of outpatient consultations
- Support of the medical team in all administrative and organizational matters
- Receiving and forwarding calls as well as providing information in German, English, and French
- Checking service recording
- Electronic data entry and maintenance (SAP)
- Active participation and support in smaller projects, e.g. organizing events, creating flyers
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training, medical/ hospital secretary, MPA or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a comparable function in healthcare
- Strong service orientation, precise and structured working style as well as very good organizational skills
- Excellent German skills, good spoken English skills (additional foreign languages, such as French, are an advantage)
- High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and flexibility
