About the Position
As a Machine Operator (m/f/d), you are a valuable member of our production team and contribute directly to the quality of our products with your technical understanding and careful working methods. Together with your team, you ensure that manufacturing runs smoothly and that our high standards regarding safety, quality, and efficiency are always met.
What You Can Achieve
Casting of bushings as well as moulding and unpacking of coil bodies
Operating and monitoring the resin casting system including preparation and follow-up
Documenting production and process values
Resolving minor malfunctions and assisting with maintenance and repair work
Conducting quality checks on manufactured products
Adhering to all safety, quality, and environmental regulations
Actively contributing to improvements in processes and workflows
What You Bring
Strong awareness of safety and quality
Basic technical understanding and interest in production processes
Completed technical training or further education (e.g. plant operator) is an advantage
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
Good German language skills (at least B1)
Experience with a tiller, crane, or lifting platform is an advantage
