Tasks & Responsibilities:
You ensure smooth operation in the mailroom and support employees as well as external partners with concerns related to mail and service operations.
You process digital and physical incoming mail, conduct security checks, and coordinate timely delivery.
You organise the dispatch of letters and parcels as well as internal and cross-site mail distribution.
You support internal logistics and service processes, manage consumables, and work flexibly in adjacent service areas.
You handle enquiries in the card centre, create and personalise access badges, and assist with technical issues in first-level support.
You participate in projects to optimise and digitalise processes and support the introduction of new services and procedures.
