The Saxerriet Correctional Facility is an open penal institution for men with a total of 135 places. It has differentiated enforcement concepts and a diverse range of workplaces.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an

Industrial Foreman (m/f/d)

from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement

Workload: 80-100%

Workplace: 9465 Salez

What to expect

• You work in our industry with assigned persons and accompany them in simple manual tasks
• You organise and coordinate the orders independently – from order entry through order processing and inventory management to shipping
• You instruct and accompany the assigned persons in their tasks and support them according to their individual abilities
• You take responsibility for the timely and careful execution of orders and ensure impeccable quality
• You apply your manual skills and social competences equally
• You actively contribute to teamwork, take on deputising roles, and support colleagues as needed

What distinguishes you

• You have completed a manual apprenticeship (EFZ) and bring practical professional experience
• You have pedagogical knowledge or experience in accompanying and supporting people with different backgrounds or in difficult life situations
• You have experience in inventory management, ideally in warehousing, material administration, or order processing
• You are familiar with business software or ERP systems and enjoy handling administrative processes digitally
• You are a team player, communicate openly, and enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams
• You are willing to take responsibility and reliably support your colleagues in deputising roles
• You can motivate, guide people, and treat them with respect and understanding
