Role:
For an established corporate group based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced individual for the finance and accounting department. You will independently manage the financial accounting of various group companies and ensure reliable and accurate completion of the financial statements. You will analyse financial developments, actively contribute your expertise and support internal contacts with questions regarding accounting and invoicing.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the financial accounting of several companies and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
You analyse financial statements, check their plausibility and explain significant deviations and developments
You support internal teams with accounting questions and the invoicing process
You actively contribute to the optimisation, digitalisation and automation of existing financial processes
You prepare and accompany external audits and reviews
You participate in various finance and accounting-related projects
Qualifications:
You have a solid education or further training in finance and accounting, ideally with a federal diploma, or comparable professional experience
You bring several years of experience in finance and accounting as well as in the independent preparation of financial statements
You have good Excel skills and a strong IT affinity
Experience with Abacus, project management and billing, international companies, transfer pricing or controlling is an advantage
You have very good German skills and good English skills are a plus
