This is what your daily routine looks like
- At the core: You examine and investigate complex benefit and damage cases in the area of home care and nursing with suspicion of uneconomical, abusive, or fraudulent claims.
- To detect suspicious cases, you conduct in-depth data analyses.
- Intense negotiation situations are not always easy. With your psychological skill, you manage to implement measures effectively, whether in dialogue with customers or service providers.
- You conduct demanding correspondence and document all processes precisely and comprehensively.
- You are the professional contact person for all internal and external interfaces, including our legal department, and provide them with support.
- Your expertise is in demand! You actively engage in internal professional training, education, and awareness-raising and advise the interfaces of all corporate areas.
What you bring with you
- First and foremost: You have gained your professional experience in the field of health or personal insurance, ideally complemented by experience in home care/nursing.
- Do you have further training in the social or health insurance sector? That would definitely be a plus!
- You have the ability to analyse complex issues and figures and present them in a structured manner – your very good Excel skills or other analysis tools help you with this.
- You approach challenging negotiations with internal and external parties with skill and perseverance. You impress with a professional and winning manner.
- You express yourself very well in German (spoken and written). Perhaps you even master French, Italian, or English?
- For you, teamwork means not only collaboration but genuine togetherness. At the same time, you appreciate being able to work independently in your area.
