Your new responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the management and organisation of the branch in accordance with the strategy, the overarching POS guidelines, and the sales principles
- Leadership of the subordinate management team according to leadership principles and along the core KPIs
- Promotion and development of the management and employees of the branch
- Implementation of marketing measures and seasonal themes in the branch
- Ongoing exchange with the central teams in purchasing, marketing, logistics, HR, and finance
- Responsibility for achieving the branch’s core KPIs (sales targets, profit centre, etc.), analysing them and deriving the necessary measures
- Role modelling and further development of our sales and service culture
- Analysis of sales and cost development
- Maintaining contacts with other retailers and authorities at the branch location
What you bring with you
- Several years of leadership and sales experience in a branch-based retail environment
- Entrepreneurial, results-oriented personality with experience in KPI-based management of a retail operation
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills as well as enjoyment in dealing with employees, customers and partners
- Analytical strength and confident handling of business management key figures (sales, costs, profit centre)
- Forward-looking, positive personality with strong implementation skills
- Completed basic training in retail
- Affinity for omnichannel retail and digital sales channels
- Further training in retail or business administration
- Experience in the furnishing industry
- Passion for furnishing and beautiful living
