About the job

Your main tasks

• Managing medical consumables, non-medical consumables, pharmaceuticals, operational laundry, and food in the decentralized storage organization of all medical departments at the University Hospital Zurich
• Collaboration with medical users and other interfaces within the defined area of responsibility
• Active cooperation with upstream and downstream logistics departments (purchasing, central warehouse, goods transport, hospitality) throughout the entire value chain
• Performing correct checks of expiration dates of pharmaceuticals and medical/non-medical consumables 
• Carrying out administrative tasks (order monitoring, assortment analysis, returns, inventory, communication with internal departments) on the PC or by phone

Your profile

• Completed vocational training EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Good MS Office and SAP MM / WMS knowledge
