The Executive School of Management, Technology and Law (ES HSG) of the University of St.Gallen is one of Europe’s leading continuing education institutes. It combines academic excellence with high practical relevance and offers executives and companies a wide range of executive education programmes.
In the area of Custom Programmes, we design and implement tailor-made continuing education programmes for companies. Together with our clients, we develop programmes and learning journeys that are specifically tailored to their strategic, organisational and leadership-related challenges.
Your tasks
You will independently carry out the following tasks:
- Organisation and support of company-specific continuing education programmes and framework programmes (face-to-face events and virtual implementations)
- Setup of digital platforms
- Design of presentations
- Support and coordination of lecturers and programme participants
- Preparation of invoices and project controlling
- Support of the team in administrative and organisational matters
- Back office tasks

Your profile
- Commercial training or training in hospitality with at least four years of professional experience, ideally in hospitality, event management or a similar industry
- Very good time management and excellent organisational skills
- Independent, conscientious and precise way of working
- Trustworthy and empathetic communication with customers and within the team
- Very good IT user skills in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and Hubspot advantageous
- An eye for design and enjoyment of creative work
- Resilience, flexibility, initiative and ability to work in a team
- Excellent German and English skills
