Your Responsibilities

• Personnel and professional leadership as well as further development of the areas Group Accounting, Accounting Switzerland and Group Tax
• Overall responsibility for IFRS-compliant consolidated financial statements, financial reporting as well as the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of the Pilatus Group
• Professional leadership and further development of the accounting, reporting and ERP landscape as well as leadership of the Product Owner Finance (especially SAP FI/CO) to ensure efficient and future-oriented financial processes
• Overall coordination of the group audit and central contact person for the Group Auditor, as well as coordination of local statutory audits
• Responsibility for group-wide tax governance, tax compliance, tax risk management and tax strategy
• Tax support for significant acquisitions, restructurings, financings and international projects as well as coordination of tax audits

What Convince Us

• Completed university degree in business administration, accounting, finance or a comparable field as well as further recognised qualifications such as certified public accountant or similar
• Many years of professional experience in group accounting and tax of an internationally active industrial company
• In-depth IFRS knowledge, extensive experience in consolidated financial statements and complex accounting and disclosure issues, sound knowledge of international tax law
• Experience in the further development of internal control systems, audits, regulatory requirements as well as group-wide finance processes
• Experience with ERP, consolidation and reporting systems as well as finance transformations; SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form at C1 level
• Targeted communication of complex technical topics and confident stakeholder management towards Group CFO, management, board of directors and external partners
• Committed and credible appearance as well as pronounced networking and relationship skills
