Assuming entrepreneurial responsibility for an established joinery business and helping to shape the further development of the company

Personnel management

Varied and demanding projects in interior construction, furniture making and event sector

Consulting customers, sales and preparing quotations as well as collaborating with architects and partners

Planning (preparation of work), coordination and partial involvement in the implementation of high-quality joinery work

What you bring

Completed training as a joiner EFZ or equivalent qualification

Several years of experience in interior construction, furniture making or assembly

Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in taking on responsibility

Leadership skills combined with teamwork, flexibility and solution-oriented action

Precise and careful working method

Driving licence category B

Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
