Your Tasks
- You welcome patients in the neurological outpatient clinic.
- You independently perform venous blood draws (mandatory further training in blood collection).
- You manage the examination rooms of the neurological outpatient clinic at the Lenzburg external site.
- You support the doctors in administrative and organisational matters.
- You independently schedule outpatient consultation appointments.
- You take on a variety of secretarial tasks such as sending reports, archiving patient records, etc.
Your Profile
- You have several years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital, practice, or have completed commercial training with further education as a medical secretary.
- You possess very good knowledge in the use of Office programmes and medical terminology.
- You are an open-minded personality and work independently, precisely and efficiently.
