Project Manager Execution

• You have overall responsibility for the planning and realisation of medium and large construction projects - from managing the construction processes to defect-free handover
• You ensure quality, deadlines and costs throughout all project phases
• You are responsible for fulfilling the client’s requirements and objectives while complying with administrative procedures as well as legal, ethical and internal regulations - especially regarding occupational safety and environmental law issues
• You lead a team of internal and external project participants depending on the project size

• You coordinate and manage the entire project organisation including scheduling, cost and performance planning
• You are responsible for tendering and awarding planner and subcontractor services as well as their quality control
• You manage construction accounting and claims management

• You lead client, planning and coordination meetings
• You coordinate and manage all project participants - from site managers to sub-project managers
• You maintain relationships with the environment, identify conflicts and resolve them early
• You are the main contact person for our stakeholders and represent the interests of Marti Gesamtleistungen AG

• You have completed training as a draughtsperson specialising in architecture; further training as a federally certified construction manager, FH architect or FH civil engineer or an equivalent qualification
• You bring experience as a project manager of medium and large construction projects and are experienced in all construction management topics
• You have a pronounced strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
