The St. Elisabethen retirement and nursing home, uniquely located in the Hirzbrunnen district, is a Basel foundation founded in 1903. We offer 73 residents with varying care needs across 5 departments a continuous care system and the opportunity to spend their later years in a family-like environment.
To complement our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a
Qualified Nurse FaGe/DNI, AKP/DNII/HF (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
Co-responsibility for the professional, socially competent, and holistic care and support of our residents according to current care standards. Taking on daily responsibility and ensuring smooth workflows. Shaping and promoting relationship-based care, as well as optimal teamwork. Supporting and advising relatives. Contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality and effectiveness of care, as well as the RAI/RUG assessments.
Your profile:
You have completed training as a qualified nurse with Swiss recognition and have gained professional experience in long-term care. You are an independent, reliable, team-oriented person with high social competence and are motivated to approach tasks with interest. You have a strong sense of quality and responsibility and enjoy sharing your expertise and skills within the team. You possess good oral and written German skills and have experience with electronic care documentation as well as good PC user skills.
