- Active participation in the care and activation of residents
- Carrying out nursing tasks according to assignment and delegation by the contact person
- Accompanying residents on their daily routes
- Support in administrative and logistical tasks as well as in material and medication ordering
- Everyday contact with residents and their relatives
- Support in the design of living spaces
- Performing minor household tasks

- Completed compulsory schooling
- Interest and flair for practical work
- Good German skills in writing and speaking
- Good physical health and resilience
- Enjoyment in working with elderly, sometimes very dependent people
