Your contribution 🚀
As Content Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the bridge between our brand strategy and daily communication for B2C and B2B
- Content & Website: You conceive and create compelling content (text, image, web) for students, parents, teachers and training companies, maintain our website and lead the cross-media content strategy.
- Campaign Management: You plan and coordinate target group-oriented campaigns to increase reach, user retention and portal traffic.
- Marketing Material: You are responsible for the creation, standardisation and compliance of analogue and digital marketing materials as well as templates (online, offline & print) in the sense of a consistent brand appearance.
- PR & Public Relations: You write press releases, proactively drive our PR activities and maintain strategic relationships with media, cantons and professional associations.
- Events & Career Fairs: You take over the operational planning, organisation and support of our most important event appearances (including SwissSkills and regional career fairs).
- Support & Interface: You support the team in daily operations and work closely as an important link with the design, product and sales teams to make the "perfect match" visible both digitally and analogously.
Your skills and experience 🧠
- Communications all-rounder: You bring solid experience in classic brand management, content marketing as well as event and trade fair organisation.
- Two target groups, one brand: You have the necessary know-how to package complex topics confidently, error-free and channel-appropriately for both young people (B2C) and HR managers and trainers (B2B).
- Digital & Web skills: You have an excellent sense for appealing web design, are familiar with content management systems (CMS) and ideally have experience with inbound marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot).
- Doer mentality with KPI understanding: You work in a structured, efficient manner and keep an overview even during intense trade fair and event planning. You understand how to measure the success of your measures using key figures (dwell time, content reach, enquiries).
- Education: You have a completed degree or solid training with corresponding further education in marketing, communication or event management.
