Your challenge

Support in the further development of the segment strategy in Private Banking at group level
Participation in the group-wide Sales Excellence Programme (market strategy, client book planning, organisational development)
Development of data-driven strategies incorporating internal and external analyses
Preparation of decision-making bases for the Group Executive Management
Accompanying the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives
Participation in cross-departmental transformation projects
Creation of business cases and feasibility studies

Your profile

Completed studies in economics, natural sciences or comparable
Several years of experience in strategy/management consulting or in the strategy department of a bank
Ideally with solid experience in Private Banking
Strong analytical thinking and structured working style
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confident handling of PowerPoint and Excel
Fluent German and English skills
