- You advise parents and caregivers on development, education, health, nutrition, care, and family topics related to children from 0 to 5 years old
- You plan, lead, and further develop parent-child groups and contribute to preventive early childhood programs
- You work interdisciplinarily with specialist agencies from the social and health sectors and actively shape parent counseling as well as public relations
What you bring with you
- You have training in the health, social, or education sector (HF/FH) and have experience with children aged 0–5 years as well as further training in parent or mother/father counseling or are willing to complete it
- You have very good German skills; knowledge of Italian is a plus
- You advise empathetically, professionally, and with a systemic, gender-reflective, and intercultural perspective
- You work independently, are reliable and well organized, as well as digitally savvy and mobile
