About the job
The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 clients.
With immediate effect or by arrangement, we are looking for a:
Care and Support Specialist (50-100%)
Your tasks:
- Support, promotion and care of adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities according to the key worker system
- Preparation of written documentation
- Participation in the household of the residential group
- Collaboration with relatives and professionals
What you bring with you:
- Completed training preferably in the field of care for people with disabilities, work pedagogy, social pedagogy, curative education/psychiatric nursing or in the nursing sector
- Resilience in demanding situations
- Willingness to work irregular hours
