To ensure that people, vehicles, and goods reliably reach their destination, Mobility & Services provides efficient mobility offerings, a functioning infrastructure, and optimal accessibility to the airport. As a Specialist: Central Parking & Access, you are right in the middle of the operational action. You ensure the smooth operation of our mobility and logistics infrastructure and monitor access to the non-public airport area. You work in a 24/7 shift system in a modern and important operations centre for the airport. Variety is guaranteed: besides your work in the control centre, you are regularly deployed on site and also ensure professional and service-oriented customer care at the counter.

Your job destination

• You competently and service-orientedly assist our customers via the intercom, by phone, on site at the ticket machines, and personally at the night counter
• You monitor access control to the non-public airport area
• You independently check the functionality and resolve faults of the parking infrastructure
• You conduct inspection rounds to ensure the quality and functionality of our mobility infrastructures
• You coordinate traffic control and ensure the smooth flow of goods logistics

Your skills in your luggage

• You have completed vocational training and feel comfortable where technology, customer contact, and operational processes come together
• Thanks to your several years of experience in direct customer contact, you impress with a high level of service and customer orientation
• Even when many things are happening simultaneously, you keep an overview and confidently switch between different tasks and systems
• You have a good technical understanding and are proficient with MS Office
• You hold a valid category B driving licence
• You are willing to work in a 24/7 shift system 365 days a year and already have experience in shift work
• You communicate very well in German and well in English (at least level B2). Additional language skills are a plus.
