Tasks

Skills
- Native Swiss German/Deutsch; Italian/French B2/C1 needed.
- Strong service orientation and good PC skills.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous.

- You receive customer inquiries and complaints and handle errors and technical problems
- Complete and error-free recording of the customer request in the system
- Opening hours from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
- Swiss German / German as a native language (spoken and written)
- Italian and/or French skills spoken and written at level B2/C1 expected
- English skills are an advantage
- Service orientation, good PC skills, and experience to facilitate customer service entry
- A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment
- After the starting salary of CHF 4,314 (100%), your salary will increase by 4% per year in the first two years
- After the training and onboarding phase, home office is possible depending on the project
- For each additional national language, you will receive a bonus of CHF 100.- (100%)
- Up to the 5th year of service, one additional day of vacation each year
