To strengthen our Import/Export team, we are looking for immediate or agreed start:

Import/Export Clerk (m/f/d), 80% - 100%

• Recording and managing master data, price lists, framework agreements, customer orders
• Coordination with AVOR including checking and forwarding order confirmations and production orders
• Export: Creating deliveries with delivery notes, invoices, customs documents, forwarding orders, certification requests
• Import: Processing orders for purchasing, organising collections
• Apprentice supervision (commercial 1st year)

• Commercial basic training (mandatory)
• Several years of professional experience in export/import as well as sound knowledge of international transport and customs
• Further training as an export clerk or comparable further training advantageous
• Independent and precise working style
• Healthy assertiveness, social skills as well as enjoyment and experience in apprentice training
• Confident and proficient use of MS Office
• Excellent German and good English skills, spoken and written
• Reliable, resilient and team-oriented personality
