Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Apprentice Responsibility
Tasks
- Programming, setting up and commissioning the 5-axis milling machine Unisign Unipent 4000 with Siemens 840D control
- Monitoring ongoing production to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Independent training and supervision of apprentices as the person responsible for apprentices
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or CNC mechanic
- Extensive experience with 5-axis CNC milling machines and Siemens 840D control
- Independent and responsible working style with a strong focus on quality
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Team-oriented, flexible personality with patience, empathy and communication skills in dealing with young adults
