For the Notary and Land Registry Office Höfe in Freienbach, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement as

Lawyer in Land Registry, 60-100 %

initially limited to 3 years

As part of the land registry adjustment, you will take on demanding tasks in transferring the cantonal land register to the federal land register, thereby making an important contribution to legal certainty in the Höfe district. At the same time, the position offers you the opportunity to engage in depth with issues of land registry, property and notarisation law.

Your tasks:

• Review of existing land register entries as part of the transfer from the cantonal land register to the federal land register
• Preparation and processing of land register applications, orders and other legal documents
• Negotiations and correspondence with landowners, banks, authorities and other parties involved
• Recording and processing of entries in the land registry software Terris

What you bring:

• Completed law degree (Master or Licentiate); a lawyer, notary or land registry administrator licence is an advantage
• Interest in land registry and property law issues
• Independent, efficient and precise working style
• Confident handling of various stakeholders
• Affinity for digital work processes
