Since 1943, the Daheim Housing Cooperative has been committed to affordable housing in the Biel-Seeland region, for people of different origins, life situations and generations.

As a non-profit housing cooperative, we do not focus on profit maximisation, but on sustainable investment in apartments, neighbourhood and community. Our tenants are also cooperative members and have a real voice and co-determination rights. This creates a supportive environment where housing is understood as a basic need and not a privilege.

To strengthen our team in Nidau, we are looking for a Property Manager (60–100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent management of a property portfolio in all technical and administrative matters
• First point of contact for our tenants
• Acceptance and handover during tenant changes as well as letting in accordance with the letting regulations
• Ensuring technical maintenance and operation, including handling damage cases
• Participation in renovation projects
• Management of caretakers

Your profile

• Property manager with a federal diploma (or in training) or a comparable commercial or technical education with experience in property management
• Enjoy working with people, communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with ImmoTop2 or comparable property software is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills
