- Independent execution of garden maintenance and care work
- Assistance with new garden installations and surrounding work
- Leading and guiding a small team (in the role of foreman/woman)

- Operating and maintaining modern machines and equipment
- Organisation and coordination of daily tasks
- Ensuring quality, deadlines and work safety
Requirements
- Completed training as a Gardener SVQ
- Professional experience in horticulture
- Enjoyment of working outdoors
- Motivation and commitment
- Independent and structured way of working
- Reliability and personal responsibility
- Teamwork and coordinated working
- Neat appearance and customer-oriented manner
- Driving licence category B
