Vocational Trainer HF/FH for our Herzogenbuchsee Location 80 – 100 %
YOUR TASKS- As a passionate care professional, you take turns with your team colleagues in daily responsibility and accompany trainees in everyday care
- You are a coach and role model for our trainees and participate in recruitment
- You maintain contact with our residents, their relatives and interdisciplinary teams
- You work in care and support
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a qualification at HF/FH level and at least two years of professional experience
- Vocational trainer course and motivation to complete the SVEB certificate Trainer in Individual Support
- You are enthusiastic about imparting knowledge to young people
- You accept mistakes, are patient in dealing with trainees and promote trust in collaboration
- Your solution-oriented, practical approach and respectful, honest manner score points
- You communicate openly, clearly and on an equal footing
