Your projects and tasks

• Service and scheduling: You handle service and customer enquiries, clarify requirements, prioritise orders, and coordinate staff and appointments.
• Project management: You lead electrical installation and refurbishment projects from the initial enquiry through to handover and billing.
• Customer care: You advise customers personally, develop suitable solutions, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Calculation and organisation: You prepare quotations and additional charges, procure materials, and ensure well-thought-out work preparation.
• Quality and cost-effectiveness: You keep an eye on costs, deadlines, and quality, support the team with technical questions, and ensure complete documentation.

Your profile

• Completed basic training as an electrical installer EFZ.
• Completed further training as an electrical project manager for installation and safety with a federal diploma.
• Ideally, experience in service or customer support for electrical installations.
• Enjoyment of customer contact and a professional, reliable manner.
• Organisational talent and the ability to maintain an overview even with short-notice requests.
• An independent working style, initiative, and economic thinking.
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as a category B driving licence.

You are also welcome to join us immediately after successfully completing your project management further training.
