In our five retirement homes and seven Spitex centres, we ensure that elderly and dependent people in the city of Winterthur feel comfortable and well cared for, and this is exactly where you come in.

For our long-term care at the Neumarkt Retirement Home, which offers a well-kept home to around 70 residents, we are looking for an integrity-driven, open-minded and cheerful nursing specialist (Dipl. HF/FH) who will help shape the daily nursing routine together with colleagues, starting 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

Your Tasks

Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and nursing within the key worker system
Responsible for a contemporary nursing process
Analysing complex care and nursing situations, initiating measures and evaluating them
Contributing to the development of nursing quality and the residential group
Working shifts in early, late and night duty

Your Profile

Training at the level of Dipl. Nurse HF or FH is mandatory
High social competence, teamwork skills, flexibility and resilience
Goal-oriented, independent and service-oriented working style
Very good oral and written German skills
Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programmes
RAI knowledge is an advantage
