Specialist Job Coaching and Adult Education (80%)

Your mission

You accompany people on their way back to the labor market. With empathy, expertise, and creativity, you support participants in developing and sustainably implementing their professional perspectives.

Your tasks

You conduct coaching conversations in the various phases of clarification, qualification, and labor integration
You are responsible for goal-setting discussions and goal reviews together with the participants
You organize and lead educational units independently and in a team.
You carefully document your work, record progress, and create meaningful final reports that make the success of your coaching processes visible.

Your profile

You bring experience in conducting individual conversations and have coaching training. Coaching is more than a method for you: it is the key to empowering people, opening perspectives, and effecting sustainable changes.
You have experience in adult education and hold at least the SVEB Certificate 1.
You actively engage with the regional labor market and keep up to date with current economic developments to optimally support the participants.
You have very good oral and written communication skills to communicate clearly and motivatingly.
