To strengthen our workshop, we are looking immediately or by arrangement at our location in Kirchberg (BE) for a dedicated individual as
Service Technician 80% - 100% (Everyone is welcome)
Responsibilities
- Service and repair work on refuse collection vehicles, truck cranes and swap systems - in the workshop and directly at the customer
- Rapid fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems
- Precise diagnostic work on electrical and hydraulic systems with IT support
- Professional adjustments, final inspections and quality assurance according to the highest standards
- Welding and construction work as part of repairs
- Active customer service including spare parts sales and service offerings
Requirements
- Completed technical basic training, ideally as an agricultural, construction or truck mechanic
- School leavers are warmly welcome (employment possible after military service)
- Very good diagnostic and electronics knowledge is essential
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Oral French and/or English skills are desirable
- Independent, precise and efficient working style
- Resilient, flexible and positive personality
- Strong customer orientation - even when things get hectic
- Driving licence category B, category C licence is an advantage
