About the department

In our Ward E, we care for 48 residents with diverse care needs and a wide range of geriatric conditions. The focus is always on the person with their individual needs, wishes and life story. With empathy, professional competence and respect, we create an environment in which our residents feel safe, understood and well cared for. Needs-oriented daily activities, structured daily routines as well as activating and resource-oriented care are a matter of course for us.

Your tasks

• With heart and commitment, you care for and support our residents.
• You assist us with domestic tasks and thus contribute to a smooth operation.
• You carefully document the care processes.
• You ensure the quality of care and comply with hygiene standards.

Your profile

• You have completed training as an SRK Care Assistant or Health and Social Assistant EBA.
• You bring empathy and team spirit to provide friendly and competent care and support together with us.
• Good German language skills for communication within the team and with the residents.
