We are a versatile and dynamic company in the fields of event & promotions logistics, fulfilment & eCommerce with locations in the Zurich and Lausanne areas. With our expertise, we offer our national and international customers comprehensive solutions for events, exhibitions, trade promotions, product launches, fulfilment as well as eCommerce.

We are looking for a dispatcher to start immediately or by arrangement.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Scheduling and planning of transport orders considering
• capacities, deadlines and costs
• personnel deployment planning
• efficient creation, monitoring and optimisation of complex route planning
• communication with event technicians, internal stakeholders and suppliers to coordinate delivery dates and locations
• problem solving in case of issues and disruptions
• notification of customers and partners
• interface to warehouse and customer service
• fleet management
• documentation and data maintenance in the system
• deputy safety officer (SIBE)

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• completed training in logistics, dispatching
• professional experience as dispatcher/route planning and ideally in personnel planning
• experience in the event logistics industry is an advantage
• very good MS Office skills & IT affinity (digital processes)
