Your Tasks

You ensure contemporary and patient-appropriate catering according to the Cook & Chill procedure.
You prepare individually prescribed diets and patient-requested meals.
You ensure collaboration with the nutritional counselling and nursing staff.
You work with the menu selection system Sanalogic.
Ordering goods, implementing the hygiene concept, and documenting the evidence are also part of your duties.

Your Profile

You are a qualified chef with a Federal VET Diploma and have at least two years of relevant professional experience at the time of exam registration.
Your interest in dietary knowledge, nutritional issues, and medical topics related to nutrition distinguishes you.
You work independently, reliably, and enjoy working in a team.
In addition, you are characterised by your determination and creativity.
