This is what you can expect
- You will work closely with the teams from B2B Sales, Commercial, and other departments, actively supporting the Key Account and Account Managers in sales discussions by ensuring technical and strategic consulting for our customers.
- Responsibility for sustainable and competent consulting of end customers – both remotely and on-site.
- Additionally, an efficient and smooth flow of communication is coordinated to ensure seamless collaboration between manufacturers, account management teams, Brackalltron, and the various categories, ensuring optimal support for business customers.
- Co-responsibility for revenue as well as responsibility for the conversion rate and the technical quality of the solutions offered in project business. Furthermore, active maintenance of relationships with the manufacturers' and technology partners' sales teams to be informed early about innovations, market trends, and end customer projects, and to develop potential business opportunities from them.
- You support marketing actions and organize customer events and training sessions.
- Ensuring data quality for the assigned projects and their continuous maintenance in the business tools (CRM, ERP, etc.). Additionally, regular training is ensured to keep the expertise up to date, including completing relevant certifications.
This is what you bring
- A completed commercial basic education and further training in marketing or sales at the HF / FH level.
- A strong network in the area of value-added resellers, integrators, and/or in the mobile sector, as well as several years of experience in account or key account management, in maintaining customer relationships, and/or in consulting on complex offers and contracts.
- Proven professional experience in consulting and implementing end-to-end solutions with a focus on mobile solutions, as well as a secure and efficient handling of IT infrastructures and business tools (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- You have very good German language skills and are fluent in English. It would be a great advantage if you could also support customers in the Romandy region in French.
- You are flexible and willing to travel throughout Switzerland to visit our partners on-site (travel activity up to 60%).
- A confident and professional demeanor in customer contact, pronounced communication and negotiation skills, as well as analytical thinking ability to develop future-proof solutions for complex customer requirements.
- Passion for technology and innovation with a continuous interest in new developments and trends, as well as a high degree of personal responsibility and self-motivation to work successfully both independently and in a team.
