Team Leader Performance Technology, 80–100 %
What to expect
- Together with your team, you process OCR-processed invoice data (Optical Character Recognition) from digital and physical input channels.
- You plan and coordinate personnel resources, supporting your employees in their professional and personal development.
- You create the conditions for efficient collaboration and ensure high quality standards.
- You support your team in operational day-to-day business when needed and ensure smooth processes in the areas of QA and OCR invoice processing.
- In close cooperation with the Product Owner (PO), you identify optimisation potentials, formulate requirements, and accompany their successful implementation.
What you bring
- You have several years of leadership experience dealing with different personalities, generations, and cultures.
- As a leader, you convince with your clear, empathetic, and reliable leadership style.
- You have completed commercial training and further education in business administration.
- You like to get involved in day-to-day business and handle the repetitive nature of the tasks confidently in your leadership role.
- You enjoy working with data and are proficient in creating evaluations – especially with Excel.
