Employee for SMD Manual Soldering (m/f/d) / 100% Position in Rotating Shift Work (Early/Late Shift)
In our SMD production, we ensure impeccable quality with the utmost care – from assembly to final inspection.
Your tasks
- Precise manual soldering and rework of SMD components under the microscope
- Live repairs immediately following AOI inspection to maintain production flow
- Assessing and rectifying solder joints and defects according to IPC-A-610, Class 2 and 3
- Careful documentation of performed rework
- Participation in rotating shift work (early/late shift)
- Close coordination with AOI inspection and production regarding recurring defects
Your qualities
- Several years of experience in fine soldering or manual soldering of SMD components
- Solid knowledge of IPC-A-610, confident in handling the requirements of Classes 2 and 3
- Confident handling of demanding package types such as fine-pitch QFP, QFN/DFN, fine connectors and small chip packages (0402, 0201)
- Steady hand and enjoyment of fine motor work under the microscope
- Highly precise, focused and reliable working style
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (early/late shift)
- Technical understanding and a good eye for quality
- Good knowledge of German
