Our three locations: Kraftwerk, Colab, and Viadukt house meeting and workshop rooms, an extraordinary event hall, as well as two lively cafés and a restaurant.

Work Environment

Part of Impact Hub Zurich is the "Kraftwerk" location. Against the impressive backdrop of shipping containers, our location is situated in the center of the former EWZ substation in Zurich's District 1. Here, we not only celebrate refined barista culture with the finest specialty coffee but also business lunches inspired by kitchens from around the world, as well as classic bar culture. In addition to daily operations, we host various events in our large event hall and our extraordinary workshop and meeting rooms.

Your work area includes the following tasks:

• The technical execution of events and customer support at our location
• Active management of a light show throughout the evening (with various effect segments per song)
• Setup and teardown of the equipment used on site
• Operation of the equipment tailored to the event

You bring the following:

• You are in training as an event specialist EFZ or have work experience in event technology
• You can actively manage a light show throughout the evening (with various effect segments per song)
• Your working style is well organized and solution-oriented
• You are resilient, eager to learn, and enjoy working independently
• You feel comfortable in an environment with very high quality standards
• You are motivated and like to take on personal responsibility
• You have a strong technical enthusiasm and manual skills in audio and lighting technology (basic knowledge of MA dot2 and Pioneer DJ is an advantage)
• Neat appearance, team spirit, and a sense of duty are a matter of course for you
• You are resilient and flexible, also during industry-standard working hours (at night, on weekends, and public holidays)
