Your tasks
- Creating the Swiss type approval for vehicles and accessories and their supplements
- Management and maintenance of all type approvals and expert reports
- Maintenance and tracking of IVI / eCOC data
- Creating COC, ASA documents as well as conversion confirmations on behalf of the importers
- Invoicing and administration of expert reports / confirmations for and on behalf of the importers
- Telephone and personal advice in German/English/French
- Technical product support for our customers
- Communication and negotiations with the Federal Office (ASTRA), road traffic offices and dealers
- Contact person in a hub function between the factories and importers
Your profile
- Technical basic training, ideally in the automotive industry
- Experience in the automotive industry, ideally with one of the following brands: Opel, Peugeot, Citroen, Ford or Toyota
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good communication skills in English and French are an advantage
- Enjoyment of administrative activities that require diligence and care
- Willingness to perform, flexibility, personal responsibility and ability to work in a team
