This allows us to offer prevention and health promotion as well as outpatient therapies.
Job Description
For the team leadership of our gastroenterology department, we are looking for a Dipl. Nursing Specialist (HF/FH)/Medical Practice Assistant 60-80% starting in October or by arrangement.
Responsibilities in the leadership role:
- Leading, promoting, and coaching staff
- Ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration within the team
- Interface to management
- Onboarding new employees
- Conducting annual employee appraisals (MAG/probationary interviews)
- Supporting recruitment interviews
- Various tasks in personnel planning (work scheduling for MPA/Dipl. team, monitoring working hours, daily planning)
- First point of contact for everyday questions
- Developing quality assurance processes and standards
Daily tasks:
- Assistance and sedation during endoscopic examinations and procedures
- Caring for our patients before, during, and after examinations
- Preparation and follow-up of examination rooms and required instruments
- Professional care of IBD patients, including administration and monitoring of regular infusion therapies as well as blood sampling
- Ensuring professional, empathetic care that makes our patients feel welcome and well looked after
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors from various specialties
- Maintaining electronic patient records and undertaking administrative tasks
Qualifications
- You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist.
- You have proven professional experience. Ideally, you already have experience in the field of endoscopy.
- You have leadership experience.
- You have good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with KIS or PIS software is an advantage.
- You possess strong leadership skills and reflect on your own actions.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting come naturally to you.
- Initiative, responsibility, and resilience characterise you.
- Loyalty and the ability to reflect are advantageous.
