We are looking for you as

All-rounder Outdoor Pool Restaurant Summer Season 2026 (m|f|d)

hourly wage | start from May 2026 or by arrangement

Workplaces: Outdoor Pool Solothurn, Römerstrasse 43, 4500 Solothurn | Eichholz Swimming Pool, Schwimmbadstrasse 1, 4563 Gerlafingen

Do you enjoy working in a lively outdoor pool environment and like to pitch in – whether at the cash register, in the kitchen or restocking? Then become part of our team at the Solothurn and Gerlafingen outdoor pool restaurants and help us ensure a thoroughly enjoyable pool day.

These are your tasks with us

• Assisting in the kitchen (e.g. frying hamburgers, preparing hot dogs, frying chips)

• Operating the cash register including accounting

• Various cleaning tasks (terrace, dishwashing etc.)

• Restocking goods (kiosk, drinks, pastries, salad etc.)

• Assisting with events and banquets

Important to know

Deployments depend on the weather – on busy days, shifts can be long (> 8 h), in bad weather also short (< 3 h). In exceptional cases (e.g. events), a shift can last into the night. Therefore, we cannot offer a position with a fixed workload. You will usually be assigned to one pool, occasional shifts at the other pool are possible.

You bring with you

• You are of legal age and live nearby

• German skills at least level B2 are mandatory

• Neat appearance and friendly manner with guests

• High flexibility: work schedules are created only for the following week

• Weekend work is unavoidable (we especially rely on support at weekends)

• Minimum duration: at least 6 weeks (at 100%) – can also be planned over the season

• Known dates/holidays should be registered early (preferably before pool season starts)

We offer you

• Gross hourly wage CHF 25.00 (incl. public holidays/holidays/13th month salary)

• Friendly and service-oriented advice to our customers

• Selling and attractive presentation of our patisserie and confectionery specialties

• Ensuring a neat and inviting product presentation

• Independent operation of the cash register including daily closing

• Support with general cleaning and maintenance tasks in the sales area

You bring with you:

• Completed training as retail assistant EBA or professional EFZ is an advantage

Workshop Employee (m|f|d)

hourly wage basis | approx. 60% workload | immediate or by arrangement

Workplace: Hans Huber-Strasse 38, 4500 Solothurn

Are you an organisational talent, love to stylishly package beautiful products and keep an overview even in turbulent times? Then become part of our workshop team at Suteria Chocolata AG and give our specialties the finishing touch!

These are your tasks with us:

• Careful packaging and attractive presentation of our chocolate and confectionery products

• Processing and coordination of internal orders as well as individual customer orders

• Serving and advising customers in our production shop

• Receiving and processing telephone orders

• Responsibility for order, cleanliness and smooth processes in the workshop

• Flexible deployments during peak seasons (e.g. Easter, Christmas) with up to 100% workload

You bring with you:

• Completed training as retail specialist EFZ, specialising in bakery-pastry-confectionery is an advantage

• Experience in customer contact and enjoyment of careful, detail-oriented work

• Reliability, resilience and enjoyment of teamwork

• Willingness to start work from 06:00 or earlier

• Willingness for regular Saturday shifts

• Driving licence category B is an advantage

• Neat, friendly appearance and very good German skills in spoken and written form
