Job Description
You will work in the newly established team in the Global Portfolio Management area and support the following key areas:
- You coordinate the global product portfolio requirements and network with various internal organisations.
- You take over the management of portfolio databases, implement IT tools, and create KPI dashboards and reports for success measurement.
- Participation in portfolio-driven projects is one of your main tasks, including communication with stakeholders.
- Within the team, you actively shape the implementation of special projects and thus make a significant contribution to the success and further development of our company.
Qualifications
Education: Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar (FH/University) and the clear intention to pursue a Master’s degree in Switzerland.
Personality and Working Style: You have the ability to work independently and are at the same time a strong team player. You like to take initiative and assume responsibility.
Experience and Know-How: You bring experience with data analysis tools and software (especially Power BI). Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, as well as a pronounced product understanding and product affinity characterise you.
Enthusiasm: You enjoy working in a global and cross-functional environment and are interested in strategic portfolio topics.
Languages: Very good English skills. German is an advantage.
Additional Information
The Bosch PreMaster Programme is a two-stage programme for committed Bachelor graduates who wish to pursue a Master’s degree. The first phase, the so-called company phase, consists of 12 – max 18 months of practical experience to familiarise yourself with technical and business contexts. The second phase includes the Master’s programme, which is continued on a part-time basis. This phase includes additional events and seminars as well as personal support on the way to successful completion.
