As Sous Chef 100%, you are a valuable part of our 28-member operations crew immediately or by arrangement and work within the 14-member team.
The Hotel Restaurant Seehof in Küssnacht am Rigi is located directly on Lake Lucerne. The 4-star hotel invites you to linger – whether in the large Seehof garden for up to 200 guests, in the stylish restaurant, or one of the 15 modern hotel rooms. The various rooms provide the ideal setting for seminars and banquets of all kinds. The kitchen delights with fine fish specialties, Swiss classics, and seasonal dishes, complemented by an extensive wine list.

- Supporting the head chef
- Innovatively creating and preparing a variety of dishes
- Ensuring quality control
- Coordinating and aligning daily tasks with the head chef
- Checking and preparing for lunch and dinner service
- Responsible purchasing of foodstuffs
- Maintaining workplace hygiene
How you fit with us:
- Successful completion as a certified cook (EFZ)
- Extensive experience as Chef de Partie
- Strong social skills and leadership abilities
- Professional and customer-oriented behaviour
- Highly developed awareness of quality and responsibility
- Passion for gastronomy
- Enjoyment of a lively operation
