We are looking for a

Information Security Manager

This strategic position is part of a dynamic of transformation and strengthening of the company culture.

Responsibilities:

As a DPO:

For our clients of various profiles and backgrounds:

· Prepare and conduct compliance audits with data protection standards, as well as legal and regulatory requirements

· Implement recommendations following LPD/ISO 27001 audits

· Manage data protection and information security management systems

· Train and raise awareness among users about information security

· Support clients in their projects to apply privacy by design & by default principles

· Participate in audits to which clients are subject

· Advise and support clients in developing and implementing data protection policies, procedures, practices, and tools aligned with their operational, organizational, and compliance challenges

Internal

· Maintain and develop directives, processes, and models in the field of information security and data protection

· Process data subject rights requests / develop and maintain the processing register

· Ensure the adequacy of our tools with the IT charter

As a pre-sales DPO:

· Work in collaboration with the sales and marketing departments on product and offer development

· Participate in meetings with prospects on compliance aspects

· Structure client offers and draft contracts

· Monitor legal developments and organize internal training and communication actions within the company

As a manager and leader:

· Participate in management committees

· Monitor teams and implement and track KPIs

· Define and deploy strategy and roadmap

· Manage the team and oversee training

· Manage the team and be the DPO reference

· Represent the security business line externally (events / conferences / clubs / associations or committees related to the business ...)

Profile:

· Bachelor’s degree in law with specialization in data protection

· Experience in Switzerland required

· ISO 27001 certification

· Mastery of ISO 27001 standard

· Minimum 5 years of experience as a DPO or Information Security Manager

· Mastery of LPD, GDPR

· Advanced knowledge in IT and security

· Service-oriented, client-focused

· Sense of responsibility and ethics

· Ability to lead sessions with multiple participants

· Analytical and synthesis skills

· Demonstrate leadership towards the team

· Fluent in French and English
